This is a Add Request Rejector, meaning it will automatically reject all the add requests at a speed that you couldn't do normally... :D
Instructions:
[] Copy "asctrls.ocx" to system32 folder, if you already don't have it.
[] Run "ZX-81_ANTI_ABUSE.exe".
[] Enter Username and Password.
[] Click on "Get List" to get all the add requests.
[] Execute command "Reject All" to reject all the requests.
And also this might now work for those who could not get to work "ZX-81 ABUSE" and I'm sorry I can't help you if that's the case.
